(all participants will go through security)
This training is required for court connected mediators, such as small claims and landlord/tenant. Content will include:
- Oregon's legal framework;
- agreement writing;
- working with interpreters;
- confidentiality;
- ADA requirements;
- court security;
- and more!
This training is mandatory for all FED and small claims mediators who have not previously attended.
