Manufactured Dwelling Park Services

Mediation Works participates in a special program under contract with the Oregon Housing and Community Services to provide free mediations for disputes within mobile home parks.

 

Mobile home parks are unique living situations with special types of problems. Park residents are both homeowners and tenants, they cannot simply move out if conflicts arise. Manufactured homes are expensive to move and many older mobile homes cannot be moved. An eviction notice can mean having to leave one’s home behind.
