Elder Mediation Services

At Mediation Works we provide mediation services to meet the needs of families and extended families in conflict. Conflicts may be between an elder and their adult children, between a resident of a senior care facility and the facility management or between adult family members over the care of a parent.
Examples of issues include but are not limited to:
  • Care giving and assistance option
  • Estate disputes
  • Safety and health concerns
  • Decisions regarding the family home
  • Conflicts with caretakers and or care facilities
