Our Mission: Mediation Works empowers individuals and organizations to resolve their differences peacefully. We teach conflict resolution skills and provide mediation services, thereby building understanding and respect in our diverse community.
Mediation Works, a non-profit organization, located in Medford, Oregon, funded by grants, contracts, donations and fees.
About Our Agency: Mediation Works is governed by an active Board of Directors. The Board is a dedicated panel of community members who, as part of their tenure have the following goals for the organization:

To model and teach effective conflict management skills in Jackson County.

To reduce the number of juveniles involved in the Juvenile Justice System, and to reduce recidivism.

To create and improve relationships, among individuals, organizations, and communities.

To assist individuals in resolving disputes outside the adversarial model.

To save the courts time and taxpayers money through the use of alternative dispute resolution processes.
