Our Mission: Mediation Works transforms the way our community manages, resolves and heals from conflict.

Our Vision: Mediation Works fosters a healthy, cohesive community by being a valued resource for positive communication and conflict resolution.

Mediation Works, a non-profit organization located in Medford, Oregon, is funded by grants, contracts, donations and fees.

About Our Agency: Mediation Works is governed by an active Board of Directors. The Board is a dedicated panel of community members who, as part of their tenure have the following goals for the organization:
    • To model and teach effective conflict management skills in Jackson and Josephine Counties.
    • To reduce the number of juveniles involved in the Juvenile Justice System, and to reduce recidivism.
    • To create and improve relationships, among individuals, organizations, and communities.
    • To assist individuals in resolving disputes outside the adversarial model.
    • To save the courts time and taxpayers money through the use of alternative dispute resolution processes.
